Chad grew up in Knoxville, TN. He received his BM in Music Education at Middle Tennessee State University in 2010 and worked as Youth Ministry Director at First Presbyterian Church of Murfreesboro (TN) during his time there. He spent two years with the Young Adult Volunteer (YAV) program in Denver and then New Orleans where he gained experience in social work and chaplaincy. An ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and an MDiv graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary, He lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife Lauren and their son Hopper where he serves as the pastor at Lake Forest Presbyterian Church.
